Objective:
➢ Assess students’ abilities to develop tailored teaching strategies and adapt learning materials to meet their individual needs. Continuously monitor and reflect on their progress to ensure ongoing improvement and personalized support.
Key Responsibilities:
➢ Support and coordinate with visiting experts from RCI.
➢ Proficiency in Microsoft office applications such as word, excel & PPT.
➢ Good communication skills in English, regional language
➢ Abide by and display CBM core values in all aspects of work
➢ Flexible approach to work demands
➢ Ability to work in teams and collaborate with staff at all levels
➢ Willingness to learn, change and adapt
➢ Well organized with the ability to multitask
➢ Cultural awareness and sensitivity other details:

Qualifications and other requirements:
➢ Diploma / B.Ed. Spl education with specialization in Intellectual Disability/hearing impairment/visual impairment
➢ 2-4 years of experience in Teaching either in Schools or Institutes in Inclusive Education or as a special Educator
➢ Proven experience as a Special Education Teacher
➢ Good knowledge of current special education topics and methodologies
➢ Ability to create IEPs and follow up on the IEPs
➢ A patient, resourceful, and resilient personality
➢ Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
