Objective:

➢ To efficiently manage the recruitment process by identifying and hiring qualified candidates who align with the organization’s values, culture, and requirements while ensuring compliance with CBM India Trust’s Inclusive Employment policy.

Key Responsibilities:

➢ Receive and manage recruitment requests from the HR department.
➢ Create and post job advertisements on recruitment sites, portals, and with agencies.
➢ Source potential candidates through online channels, including LinkedIn and resume databases.
➢ Conduct interviews, assess candidates’ skills, and coordinate communication with job applicants.
➢ Collaborate with hiring managers to finalize shortlisted candidates and interview schedules.
➢ Ensure adherence to CBM India Trust’s recruitment policies and values throughout the hiring process.
➢ Handle salary negotiations and facilitate onboarding, including reference checks and orientation.
➢ Recruit volunteers, interns, trainees, and consultants as per department needs.

Qualifications and other requirements:

Qualification: Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Human Resources.
Experience: Proven experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR management. Experience in inclusive hiring practices is preferred.
Skills Required: Strong communication, interviewing, negotiation, and organizational skills. Familiarity with recruitment tools and platforms (LinkedIn, job portals, resume databases). Ability to work with deadlines and manage multiple hiring needs.
Knowledge: Understanding of labor laws, HR policies, and inclusive employment practices, especially aligned with CBM India Trust’s values.
