Objective:

Responsible for creating strategies and developing implementation plans for the acquisition and retention of corporate clients and partners, including their end-to-end servicing along with an effective team. The role includes increasing awareness on disability inclusion, employee sensitisation and attracting CSR investment of the companies for disability inclusion and eye care in India.

 

Responsibilities:

· Lead corporate marketing initiatives along with a team having special focus on closing deals and achieving aggressive targets, in alignment with the objectives of the organization

· Influence and build relationship with corporate companies aligning with development objectives of CBM by enabling corporate employee engagement on disability inclusion, strategic CSR investment for disability inclusion projects and promoting disability inclusive practices among corporates.

· Facilitate formalisation of relationships and agreement with corporates

· Manage systems and processes to ensure that reports and utilisation certificate reaches the corporate according to the MOU signed.

· Excellent technical skills in writing, editing, formatting, research, negotiation, and verbal communications

Supportive task

· Build a credible personal brand in corporate sector through active involvement in LinkedIn, summits, CSR platforms and events.

· Maintain excellent client relationship—be professional; be ethical; be supportive

· Keep updated on latest trends in CSR, legal frameworks and business analytics

· Understand CBM and its programmes

· Be updated on CSR policies, HR policies and Company Acts

· Support director for resource mobilisation and communication on internal reporting.

· Obtaining and sharing information on best practices/ success stories with team members to build capabilities

· Support other functions of resource mobilisation and communication as when needed.

 

What we are looking for: Education, Professional experience, Language, Methods,

Competencies, Personal Traits

· Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in management, or any other specialization provided the person has strong persuasive skills.

· Minimum 8 to 12 years of experience in corporate partnership building.

· Prefer experience in business development; B2B of social enterprises.

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills

· Flexible approach to work demands.

· Ability to work in teams and collaborate with staff at all levels.

· Willingness to learn, change and adapt.

· Willing to travel to all parts of India as per the job requirements.
